Participant Form / Registration

When: Saturday March 24, 2012

Where: Red Deer Collicutt Centre indoor soccer pitch

What: Indoor Soccer Marathon to support the Albert Cancer Foundation. (12 hours of 1 hour games)

Who: Geared towards the entire community, the marathon is open to anyone aged 6 and over and utilizes special time slots for youth, families, adults and co-ed games. (Persons under the age of 18 will require a guardian's signature upon registration).

How: Players will be responsible for collecting individual pledges to qualify for entry into the marathon and must raise a minimum amount of $100.00 in pledges or pay $20.00 registration fee per hour. Children under the age of 10 are free but, are still encouraged to raise pledges!



Other Info

Prizes will be awarded to individuals who reach the following 4 milestone pledge amounts:
$100 = Registration Fee Waived ($20 per person, per hour over the age of 10)
$300 = The above + official event water bottle.
$500 = All the above + official event T-shirt.
$1000 = All the above + official event athletic bag.
Official event t-shirts & water bottles will also be available for purchase at the event!
Attire: Indoor athletic shoes are required. Soccer socks & Shin pads are recommended but not required. One size fits all Pinney's will be provided for opposing teams, however corporate or team shirts/jerseys are highly encouraged!

 

Registration:

Registrations are accepted on an individual or team basis. Time slots are booked first come first serve so it is important to pre-register ASAP in order to secure your desired time slot!

To pre-register please e-mail us at kickcancer@live.com. Drop in is also available, however, players must supply a minimum $20 registration fee or $100 in pledges, and are subject to each time slots designation and open space on the field. Please bring completed registrations to the event; injury & personal damage waivers will also be required for all participants and will be available at the event. Guardians accompanying minors must be present during the marathon and at all times while a youth is on the field.

 

Registration Fees:

Each registration will allow the participant one (1) hour access to the field for play, however, participants are welcome to
register for multiple time slots at the minimum $20 per hour, or $100 in pledges per hour. Participants playing with a team should pre register through their team captain. To register a team and book a time slot please contact the committee with all participants' information. (Contact info below) While cash is preferred for both pledges or registration fees, we will accept personal Cheques, or Money Orders if necessary.
